You must comply with the rules and regulations of the Club governing the use of any facilities, equipment, and services, such as the swimming pool, entertainment center, sauna and jacuzzi, gym, massage and beauty services, fitness instruction, and fitness equipment. The use of such facilities, equipment, and services is entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Club's facilities, equipment, and services.

For reasons of safety, security, and housekeeping, the Club reserves the right to inspect guest rooms at least once daily, even if the "Do Not Disturb" light in the room is on.

If you violate any of the foregoing provisions, such violation shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such event, the Club reserves the right to take all necessary actions, including but not limited to the actions set out in "Consequences of Violation," to require you to leave the hotel without compensation and/or to require you to compensate the Club for any losses suffered by it.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver by the Club, or limit the Club's right to exercise and enforce all statutory limitations, defenses, and powers conferred by applicable local laws and regulations.

Governing Law

Unless other laws apply to you during your golfing and consumption and the application of such laws cannot be waived or modified by contract, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including their validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, or any dispute in respect of non-contractual liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, shall be submitted to the People's Court in the place where the Club is located for resolution through litigation.

The Club may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice.
